Her desire to deepen her understanding of medically compromised patients, surgery, and general dentistry led her to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she completed her general practice residency while assisting with local elderly residents’ care. Dr. Mandel has dedicated the majority of her professional career to in-home dental care, specializing in mobile dentistry for the elderly and immobile.
