Driven by her desire to deepen her understanding of medically compromised patients, surgery, and general dentistry, she pursued further training at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she completed her general practice residency while also contributing to the care of local elderly residents. Dr. Mandel has dedicated the majority of her professional career to in-home dental care, providing mobile dental services to the elderly and immobile patients.
