Frequently Asked Questions

How are you able to treat someone at home?

Our mobile dentistry kit is portable and can be brought into any home. We have mobile versions of all the tools required for the SERVICES we offer. We provide in home dentistry in Los Angeles, San Fernando, San Gabriel and South Bay. 

Do you offer sedation or anesthetic during mobile dentistry procedures?

Medication can be called in prior to an appointment to help a patient with their anxiety. We also offer local anesthetic to help ease any pain or discomfort. 

Can you bring your equipment up stairs?

Yes. Our mobile dentistry kit is on wheels and can be brought up stairs. 

How do you take X-Rays?

With in home dentistry we have a portable X-Ray unit that can easily be brought into any room. 

What if I have a dental emergency?

Our dentist is on call and can handle most in home dentistry emergencies. 

Do you accept insurance?

We aren't contracted to accept dental insurance but are happy to submit an out of network claim for you. 

I can't make it to my loved one's appointment. Do I need to be there?

No, family members are not required to be at appointments. You can PRE-REGISTER your loved one online and a doctor will be in touch with you either during or right after the appointment. 

How long will my appointment take?

A typical initial appointment lasts approximately an hour. Our dentist will allocate whatever additional time is needed for a thorough visit, including answering any questions that might arise. 

What if I need a procedure that can't be performed in my home?

There are certain, more complex treatments that cannot be performed in homes for safety or health reasons. Accordingly, we will refer you to a specialist to address your specific needs in a proper office setting. 

Can I pay with credit card online?

Yes we accept all credit cards and have a secure online payment PORTAL.
